1. What does JOG stand for?

JOG "JOIN OUR GAME" is our company's apparel and our motto. We want every student, athlete and individual to wear our high performance sports apparel and that is why our prices are so reasonable. JOG represents a global unification of athletes, of all calibers, who participate in sports and who appreciate the benefits of physical activity. We allow them to look good without having to give up the shirt off their backs.

2. Thailand is on the other side of the world. Is shipping from Thailand a problem for customers from the western part of the world?

JOGSportswear delivers via DHL Express so all of our orders are delivered in a timely manner and hassle-free. We have never had any packages lost or misdirected since our company has started. Packages can take as little as 1 day to get there or as much as 4-5 days. Please read customers testimonials if you have any concerns.

3. If I am ordering from Thailand do I have to pay duty on my order and how much is it?

JOGSportswear does pay for all shipping costs but the duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. The duty can cost the customer anywhere from $0 to $2 per item. If you are concerned about duties or taxes please consult your local customs agency or email us and we will be happy to share information with you.

4. How long until I receive my order?

Since we specialize in all custom-made jerseys we have a limited stock. An order requiring custom printing takes an average of 2-3 weeks to finish. Our turn-around time depends on the time of season and quantity of garments being ordered. When you place an order we will give you an estimated completion date.

Custom-made orders take an average of 3-6 weeks for turn-around time depending on the season and the number of items. April, September and October have traditionally been our busiest months of production.

5. How do I place an order online?

Simply browse through the site, or use the search box to locate the item(s) you wish to purchase. You can view a larger picture of any item by clicking the "Magnify Glass" icon below or by simply clicking on the picture. You can also click the link to view more details such as item description, sizing charts, and size and personalization options. If you click on the "custom" jersey icon, a pop-up will appear that will allow you to fill in the details of your order. When the form is complete, click on the "submit" button, and a sales representative will answer your query ASAP.

6. Can I be assured that my privacy will be protected?

Jamcomb Sports values its customers and respects their privacy. We only collect customer information in an effort to improve your online shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, tournament information and promotions. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. 

7. Are the transactions secure?

Protecting the safety of your credit card information is extremely important to us. This is why we use PayPal & Google Check-Out  to complete our credit card purchases. PayPal has industry-leading fraud prevention measures and our one-of-a-kind method of keeping your financial information private from sellers make us a safe way to pay online

8. Can I change my order or cancel it after I have placed it?

Once your order has been finalized and everything has been approved you cannot cancel your order upon notification. We do however accept simple additions to your order but any alterations will affect the turnover time for your apparel. All jerseys with personalization cannot be cancelled once the customization process has begun.

9. How do I reach a Customer Service Representative?

Currently Jamcomb Sports handles all customer service questions through email. However, if you would like us to contact you in person please email us and we will kindly give you a call back to answer your questions. In addition, if you are a bit Internet shy we would be more than willing to take your order over the phone as well.

10. What if we want another material besides any of the JOG line offered. Does your company have it?

Yes, we have other materials, but currently, our most popular materials are JOG HRT (VaporIce/VaporIce MAX/Power-Flex/Power-Flex MAX). Please contact us if you have a certain material in mind, Thank you!
