This depends on the specific sport and the method used; screen-print, heat-seal or tackle-twill stitching, to create the number or lettering of your choosing.  Screen-Printing:
Screen-printing is the process where a specific block is created for a logo, name or number, and then a special type of paint that adheres to the clothing garment is applied in the shape of the block. If a variety of colors are used, different blocks have to be created and then screen over top of the color below. Each time the paint is applied, the garment is dried at a fixed temperature until it is completely dry. Screen-printing is permanent and has a very light feel when wearing the jersey. We offer the screen printing in the most common fonts above in a variety of sports, and for custom made logo work. If you would like to use the screen-printing method in a different style of number font please contact us directly. An extra cost will be incurred to create the blocks for that specific font.

Heat-seal
Heat-Seal is a popular method for creating the numbers and names on soccer and basketball jerseys, as we can create any font style or number. Heat-Seal is combination of heat and high pressure to permanently bond a film transfer to the specific jerseys or garment. Numbers and letter style are loaded into a computer which automatically cuts the heat seal film into the exact style and shape of the number. All the numbers and letters are applied using brand-new state of the art Heat-Seal equipment.

 Tackle-Twill Stitching:
Tackle-Twill stitching provides the ultimate classic and professional look to numbers letters and logos. The tackle-twill numbers and letters are expertly cut into any font style or pattern. Then the jerseys number, letters and logos, are sewn using brand new sewing machines to give the jerseys a professional look and feel. This option is a very popular option for baseball and hockey jerseys.
